  • Déca is proud to offer free standard ground shipping on regular orders over $200 shipped within Canada*.


    *Delivery of oversized items and delivery to remote or rural areas may incur additional charges that are not calculated during your online purchase. We will notify you prior to processing your payment if additional shipping costs apply to your order. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.


    Looking to ship outside of Canada? We’re happy to help! In some cases, international orders may not incur additional shipping fees — but depending on your location and order size, extra costs may apply. We only charge what we pay. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.


    Delivery to PO Box addresses is not available.


    Trade account shipping policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


    In-stock items typically ship within 7 business days. Custom items may increase lead times for which a customer service representative will contact you to confirm details. Please note lead times provided on our website at the time you place your order are estimates only.


    Orders may be placed directly online or by contacting one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-530-3322 (DECA) or by email contact@decaltg.com. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a confirmation email from our team along with your receipt for the items in transit. Please call or email us immediately if you notice any discrepancies with your order.


    Most deliveries will be handled by FedEx or UPS, though some shipments may be sent with a freight carrier. With the tracking provided, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date so that any arrangements can be made to prepare for delivery.


    While we strive to minimize any additional costs, please note that DÉCA is not responsible for any extra tariffs, taxes, or fees that may arise from your purchase.


    Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund. Refused deliveries will incur the roundtrip shipping costs.


    For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.

Custom orders include any specification or modification that differs from the description provided online. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you in discussing custom capabilities, additional costs, and estimated lead times. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.


    Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. We will notify you by email or phone in the event of a delay.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for uninstalled, non-custom fixtures in all original packaging and must be in resalable condition. The items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered (in their exact original condition).


    All returns, unless deemed damaged or defective, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except for hardware for which a 50% restocking fee will apply.


    Prior authorization is required for all returns. DÉCA customer service must provide you with a RMA number before you proceed with your shipment. This RMA number should be included with the returned merchandise to avoid delays. Any return received without prior authorization will be ineligible for a refund and will only be returned to you at your expense.     The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise. The customer must contact DÉCA customer service to provide the tracking number from the carrier and must insure the returned merchandise since they remain the owner of the items until they are received.


    All “sale” items are final sale. Not returnable or refundable.


    All custom orders are final sale. Not returnable or refundable.


    Refunds will begin processing 7-10 days after the product has been received at our warehouse and once the warehouse staff confirm that the items are intact (original condition). Based on your case, refunds will either be refunded to your original payment method or a store credit will be issued. All shipping costs, including any additional ones incurred for returns such as but not limited to duty & brokerage, are not refundable. Please allow the refund an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

  • DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • The recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages, defects, or issues. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on-site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery.


    Any claims for missing, damaged, or defective products need to be reported to us within 48 hours of arrival to qualify for credits or adjustments. Contact us at 1-888-530-3322 (DECA) or email contact@decaltg.com with the subject “DAMAGED”.


    All packing material and boxes must be in original condition and photographs provided of defective/incorrect items.


    Please note, many of our products are made using natural materials; therefore, there may be some variation in appearance compared to in-store models or images online. Colors and finishes may also differ in person. As these variations are a natural part of the materials, we are unable to accept returns based on these differences.


    DÉCA will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.


    Defective part: Following a service call with our customer service team, the replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.


    Non-repairable product: Following a service call with our customer service team, we will proceed to the exchange once we receive and inspect your defective item at our warehouse. The DÉCA team must provide you with an exchange authorization number before you proceed to your shipment.


    One year warranty on products unless otherwise stated.


    We want your experience to be perfect from start to finish. Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact us and our team will ensure your issue is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Receiving an email confirmation for an order does not automatically mean that ÉCLAIRAGE DÉCA LIGHTING (“DÉCA”) accepts said order and is not a confirmation of commitment to sell the mentioned goods. DÉCA reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a limit of quantity for any item of an order. At any time, it may be necessary for DÉCA to verify personal or credit information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to cancel an order (including an accepted order) if the price or important information is inaccurate on the website. If we cancel your order, you will be notified that the order has been canceled and refunded according to your initial payment type.


    Out of stock product:
    DÉCA cannot guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. At any time before DÉCA receives the out-of-stock product(s), you can cancel your order by calling or emailing our customer service team. DÉCA will never be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a stockout.


    Products description and price:
    DÉCA and its affiliates do everything in their power to ensure the greatest accuracy on the site. However, DÉCA cannot guarantee that the description of products, price or any other content on DÉCALTG.COM is exact, complete, reliable, up to date or error-free.


    Transactions are processed and charged in the currency you selected from our supported options at the time of purchase. DÉCA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are always billed on the basis of rates in effect at the time the order was placed.


    Risk of loss:
    Any purchase through DÉCA is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and property rights relating to the goods are passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

    DÉCA is not responsible for costs incurred after receipt of a defective item.


    Final sale:
    Made To Order (MTO) including custom goods are FINAL SALE. SALE items are FINAL SALE. Those products are not exchangeable or refundable. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies. If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll arrange for replacement parts or a replacement of the same item, subject to the manufacturer’s policy.


    Tracking number:
    DÉCA will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped so that you can track your orders.


    Web & physical store prices:
    DÉCA web sales can offer prices that are exclusive to the virtual store. Additionally there may be promotions that only apply to a DÉCA physical location and are therefore not offered on the site.
